Review summary

Would never sail on MSC again. They need to train their staff better. Some were very rude. Yes we complained.

We had late dining which was at 8:30 because early dining was way to early (6:00). They didn’t open the dining room doors until 8:50 the first 2 nights of the trip. Got out of dining room at 10PM & missed our shows. Not enough bar service in the dining room. Took way to long to get drinks. Our server did not have a good command of the English language. My husband is gluten free. It got straightened out after we complained & we had the head waiter JB take care of us.
