An Exceptional Ship by WhitneyF

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Mariner of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Western

Nicely appointed, very friendly staff, clean, very comfortable room, stable in the wind, easy boarding and disembarcation. Highly Recommended.

Not so good by JimH8

Sail date: / Traveled as: Large Group
Ship: Mariner of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Western

The ship had only one swimming pool and no cover. Floor at first Windjammer serving line was continually wet from water leaking from the serving line. Caution-wet floor sign was frequently stumbled into by people looking at the food while walking instead of where they were walking.

Good Cruise except for the food by MargaretS1

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Mariner of the Seas / Destination: Transatlantic

Since a good part of the cruise experience is the Dining room I was not pleased. Many night we chose to eat in the Windjammer. The selection and flavor was much better than in the Dining Room. The computers and system was old and very slow which means it is extremely expensive. IF you go to the Guest Relations Desk they will refund your money/time but it is hard to go down every time since I had other things to do.

Holy Land Cruise - RCCL Mariner by JohnB24

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Mariner of the Seas / Destination: Europe - Mediterranean

Beautiful Ship with a 5th floor Promenade with shops and casual food and drink places. Hated the Smokey Smell coming up from the Casino to the promenade deck. All smoking in public areas should be banned, couldn't go near the Casino or some music venues.

Holy Land Mediterranean Cruise by CraigR2

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Mariner of the Seas / Destination: Europe - Mediterranean

Ship was very well maintained, efficiently run, and accommodated all of the passengers very well. Because it is so large, and holds so many passengers, it and the staff in some ways seemed to be going through the motions - "one more group to push through".

This ship is beautiful, the staff wonderful, the food and shows - excellent. Only wish they had more activities on board during sea days.

The ship was clean and well maintained but not as nice as the Brilliance of the Seas. Rooms looked outdated.

A fun experience with a lot of history by SamiN

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Mariner of the Seas / Destination: Europe - Mediterranean

The ship was a good time. The food is alright, I wish they would coordinate the dinners with our current or next port of call. To somewhat resemble the local food. But it was decent quality. They had hot tubs and pools which were cool. And the inboard activities were fun.

Great cruise! by BrittanyS2

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Mariner of the Seas / Destination: Europe - Mediterranean

This was a great trip for my husband and I to Europe! We did not like the food that was served in the windjammer but instead went to eat at the dining room where service was wonderful! I don't like the crowds and trying to find a table. The ports of call were amazing! That definitely made the trip! Some other cruise lines seemed to care a little more on the small stuff: i.e. mints on your pillow each night, robes in your stateroom, towel animals every day. Instead we got a couple towel animals and no robes or no mints on the pillow. We loved our stateroom attendant and dining room service but the staff on the ship seemed a little less "happy" than other cruises we have been on before. Overall- great cruise!

All we wanted and more . . . by GaryB

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Mariner of the Seas / Destination: Europe - Mediterranean

The ship exhibited class in its staff and design, without going too far into the "dressy" or very casual. Excellent service from almost all of the staff, and well organized.

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Mariner of the Seas / Destination: Europe - Mediterranean

i never received my on board free spending money that they offered when i was making my booking.... i don't know who to blame but they didn't offer any alternative way to fix this matter... its sad beacause i think that false advertising.they claim that i was not in that special offer.... but i did not receive any special at all!

a beautiful honeymoon by PaulP10

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple

Fabulous cruise overall, the dj in the lounge needs to cater to younger people, he was not playing very good music any of the nights in the dragon's lair.
