11 Night Eastern Mediterranean (Rome Roundtrip)
Sail Date: October 03, 2011
Ship: Mariner of the Seas
Cabin Type: Balcony
Traveled As: Couple

The ship was a good time. The food is alright, I wish they would coordinate the dinners with our current or next port of call. To somewhat resemble the local food. But it was decent quality.

They had hot tubs and pools which were cool. And the inboard activities were fun.

They should coordinate food with the port of call to try and offer some authenticity.

After the first few days. You learn your way around, but at first it's confusing trying to get oriented on the ship.

Cabin / Stateroom

Stateroom was awesome! Had a balcony with an awesome view. And our stateroom attendant was flawless!

The castle was cool. And they also had a beach which had a built in high dive into the ocean. Pretty cool.

Hagia Sophia, blue mosque, and Topkapi palace were all interesting and different than western Europe.

Just some more shopping, not that interesting.

Pros: The ports of call.

Cons: Days at sea
