Terrible awful & I would not recommend this trip or cruise ship to anyone. The boat was old, no shows, terrible food every night was awful, no internet service, you pay for everything, the windjammer buffet was terrible please close it because the food was terrible & to exit the workers did not have a clue how to do it. This trip was to expensive ($1700) for my family to have an awful time. I’m disappointed in my travel agent for even recommending this cruise line, ship or anything about this trip. Also this 1.2 or 2.4 stars is a lie. I have start over with the ratings because something is triggers the system to put false stars. My rating is a .0 honestly.

Wonderful cruise... great upgrades, not sure if the staterooms were updated, still seem kind of out dates. But very clean. Tito, Ronald, and Eduardo were wonderful

This is my first cruise and is a great experience. The staff are great and friendly, the food were great. Entertainments were a little lower than expected. Lines were too long and not much to play in there. Drinks were a little too expensive. If you purchase a premium drink package, they actually require all adult in the same cabin to purchase instead of one adult, is kind of not fair because not every adult drink alcohol. Nassau Bahamas and Cococay were the greatest beautiful beach experience. Is worth to go. Overall experience are great. Would recommend the first time cruiser

This was my first cruise and my husband and I were pleasantly surprised. The trip was absolutely wonderful.

I really enjoyed spending time with my family in Royal Caribbean cruise. It was our first time and we will came back .

Would have liked to know you needed dressy clothes to attend My time Dinners...we had only shorts and you couldn't wear those into the dinner venues. All of the events on the cruise required you pay for them, learn how to make a cocktail at the Bamboo room, cost $25.00 per person? Bingo games, $59.00 per card? Was very disappointed about having to pay more for enjoying the cruise.

Had Great Time, Their was so much to do. Food was very good with the best service. I did enjoy this vacation very much. This is the way to vacation.

We usually sail on the big ships, but the Mariner of the Seas was a very nice ship.

Half of the aft elevators were inoperable. Spa was closed for half a day due to an incident code Bravo. Missed a port due to unfavorable water conditions which felt like a waste of a beautiful day. Restaurants closed at unfortunate times considering we were not allowed off the boat. Not my best cruising experience. It was not the ship (the ship we actually booked got chartered) or itinerary we originally booked. Everything changed with no recourse and we missed a port of call on a cruise with only two ports of call.

A three day cruise stuck on an overcrowded ship with no room by the pool. one pool closed and cancelled Coco Cay the only reason I went on this quick weekend cruise. No COMPENSATION AT ALL !!!!! no complimentary nothing!!!! No future cruise credit no credit towards wifi which by the way didnt even work half the time. Not even smiles every one was rude on this ship except for my steward he was great!!! the food was gross. I had a party of 14 friends with me and let me tell you my next cruise plan will not be on Royal carribean you have lost me as a loyal customer and my friends!!!!

6 ladies having a blast. The pi Oates of the ship have had a facelift but the cabins are a bit tired.... it was ok bc we didn’t spend much time in the cabins. All in all.... fun trip for the $$

The Mariner of the seas ship was recently just refurbished. Plenty of activities and things to do so we never had to wait in line longer than 15 min for an attraction. The room attendant changed out our towels twice a day and emptied the trash however they never changed the bedding although we did not ask them to.

Great ship never sailed royal Caribbean. Have to say it is now my favorite cruise line. Took my daughter for her 11 th birthday.

Overall great experience on Royal Caribbean. Cruise director Hogo and his staff were very engaging.

FUN, FUN, FUN!!!!!!!!!! Our family enjoyed the cruise so much, that we are in the process of booking the next event.

For my first cruise had the best time i ever had in my life. From the time we aboard to the time we left off the ship had a amazing time. Great people throughout the whole cruise. Cant wait to book another one

i need a refund..we did not get the shuttle back to the airport..the driver asked for the paper work..we couldnt get back on the ship to retrive it..had to pay $199 FOR A TAXI
