Review summary

A three day cruise stuck on an overcrowded ship with no room by the pool. one pool closed and cancelled Coco Cay the only reason I went on this quick weekend cruise. No COMPENSATION AT ALL !!!!! no complimentary nothing!!!! No future cruise credit no credit towards wifi which by the way didnt even work half the time. Not even smiles every one was rude on this ship except for my steward he was great!!! the food was gross. I had a party of 14 friends with me and let me tell you my next cruise plan will not be on Royal carribean you have lost me as a loyal customer and my friends!!!!

It's always in your cruise contact that ports may be cancelled. That's a risk we all take. Grand Cayman was cancelled for us. Royal Caribbean is still my favorite cruise line

Well Oasis of the Seas had norovirus... last week..so it could be worse

Sorry for your experience..but saying it is Royal Caribbean fault instead of your ship's fault is insane...like Royal Caribbean has many ships..and they control your feelings toward the whole cruise line. Sad..
