MY THREE DAUGHTERS DID THE SEVEN-DAY CRUISE. WHEN THE SHIP DOCKED AFTER THE THREE DAYS, WE, MY HUSBAND, THREE FRABDS, AND I joined them for four days. The trip was excellent until I took my Grands to the Chops Grill....

The ship itself was okay but shows and entertainment all at too late of time. Especially with all the walking and standing you have to do everywhere.

The cruise was very good as there was good weather and calm seas. The only problem was there were too many kids. First week of December and not in school?

This was a last minute cruise and it was a great vacation. 2nd time on the Mariner love the ship

Cruise was worth the trip and would do it again. The water park was a great trip too

Would probably cruise same ship in the future . Ship did not feel crowded and lots of activities for children. We enjoy going to the main dining room but this experience was not good. Waiters were friendly and attentive but the food took forever and was often cold and not tasty.

We were a family of 6 and we got 2 joined balcony rooms which was absolutely great because it gave us 2 bathrooms and a giant balcony. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. We never had any problems. Food was great and there was so much to do. Kids just loved it and can’t wait to cruise again.

Excellent cruise and staff. Would reccomend. Great activities for all ages

Except for the Ice Show, entertainment was not good.

We enjoy cruising and have been on most carriers. We have cruised Royal Caribbean ships 3 times in 2019, and this was our second cruise on the Mariner of the seas this year. It was a great experience in August so we decided to take my parents on the ship as a present and pull them away from Disney cruise lines. It was a good cruise but the soda machines didn’t work and were out of most sodas when they did for most of the cruise which is disappointing considering it’s $14 dollars a day per person to use those. No help from the customer service on this. Also, the casino staff wasn’t going to pay wins on three separate occasions and I was called a liar in the casino, that is until the lit boss came and reviewed and found I did indeed make the bet on lucky ladies which I was then paid on. Still ridiculous though. This was our third royal Caribbean cruise this year alone, and by far the worst experience this year with the line. Very disappointing

Beautiful ship. Too many kids !! Drinks are expensive. The buffet was really good and great choices!

The only negative I will say is not to buy the jewelry merchandise on board the ship. Mine broke within 24 hours and trying to get your money back is like passing an act of Congress! Not worth my time for $50 but it is frustrating!

It was a great get away, we enjoyed the journey. Having been to the Bahamas so many times, it all about the journey, something to do, not so much the destination.

Worst cruise out of 34 cruises we will stick with Disney , NCL & MSC

The ship was much too big for me. I found the hallways and dining areas overcrowded and hard to get around. This was my 27th cruise overall and the worst of any I have taken. I'm glad this was not my first cruise because I would probably not cruise again. There were two large ships in CocoCay which made it very overcrowded and so I did not spend much time on the island and instead went back to the ship. I will say getting on and off of the ship was a very pleasant experience.

We took 5 of our 6 children. The youngest being 15. Everyone had a great time. Apart from the Ice Show, the other entertainment opportunities were not spectacular. The amenities were nice and staff friendly except one bad interaction. It was not really bad but more annoying.

Overall very nice cruise . The Mariner is fantastic. Had a bit of trouble standing for so long for the safety drill. Use the interactive ship boards that are buy every elevator they are great for finding everything you want , including your room.

Best value was the drink package. 155 drinks later!
