Review summary

Would probably cruise same ship in the future . Ship did not feel crowded and lots of activities for children. We enjoy going to the main dining room but this experience was not good. Waiters were friendly and attentive but the food took forever and was often cold and not tasty.

The Jamie Oliver specialty restaurant was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend. Buffets were fine. Pretty typical. The main dining room was bad! Food was often cold and just not good!

Waiters and stewards were great. We did have to make several trips to guest services as there were things on our bill that were not correct. We would. All and they would say you will need to come down to guest services to get that taken care of. Would have to stand in a long line to speak with guest services. They would remove the charges but not a fun thing to have to do. My daughter was on the same ship and had the same experience. Be sure to check your ship board account for incorrect charges

Ship tip

Be sure you check your charges. We were charged for specialty dining that was supposed to be included and my daughter got charged for hers 2 times at150.00 each time.
