THE PARKING LOT EXIT WAS HORRIBLE - IT TOOK US 1.50 HOURS TO EXIT PARKING LOT. A BETTER SYSTEM IS NEEDED

This is a good cruise for a quick getaway. It's one of RCL midsize ships. Not the biggest or newest but it has been maintained pretty well.

Above average cruise experience. Great for adolescents to teens. RCL really caters to families with kids. If you are a couple, I might recommend Carnival if you are young, Celebrity if you are old, and NCL if you are middle aged. We felt like there lacked the couples entertainment of other lines and there were so many upcharge items that I felt like our fare was paid for the privilege to spend more. Overall, it was a great ship with fantastic staff who seemed to care alot. There was plenty to do and the included food was quite good.

Our 39th year anniversary celebration trip and it was terrible!! We upgraded to a junior suite to celebrate the occasion the room smelled like sewage the whole trip and we couldn't go on the balcony without gagging. Spoke to the staff several time and was told they are working on it. Definitely not a good way to celebrate out 39th anniversary. BIG LET DOWN!! One day after returning we both had COVID, may from the raw sewage coming in our room.

From stepping into the terminal, the process is efficient and streamlined, easy and yet thorough! All food venues were tried and not disappointed. The spa personnel were professional and prompt with treatments. Personnel that were exemplary were the Playmakers staff Emilio, Rose, Glen, and Ryan and our stateroom attendant Agunal. All other staff were excellant! Ports were sufficent for a five day cruise. There is a lot packed into this cruise.

Celebrated 21 and 50 birthdays for father and son...could not have picked, planned and participated in a better time!!!

Since this cruise was so close to Christmas it was a surprise to see full capacity with families and college age

The cruise was amazing for us , but the ship is very crowded when it is fully booked. There were too many sea days for this small of a ship! More stops would have been better!

I can't wait to go again and will definitely go on Royal Caribbean again. Super experience.

We came with 20 friends and it was a perfect vacay

Smaller ship that seemed crowded in certain places , certain activities . Did enjoy the amount of activities they offered and the ability to plan with the app. Felt the messaging should have been included with the app, not a separate fee . Cruise director and really all the activity people very funny and engaging .

Had a great time!! Please provide seating arrangements for lifeguards at Pools

We have been on all of the Oasis-class ships so we knew this one to be quieter and more relaxing. It was but the food was not good at all. In fact, we have never eaten at the Promenade for pizza and sandwiches so often. That was our biggest disappointment. We also missed the entertainment venues of the bigger ships but now we know better. This is a good ship for the first time cruiser - if they can fix their culinary problems.

Had a great time . We loved the location of the room, near the stairway towards the front door f the ship. Easy to go to the gymn upstairs and to the shows down stairs. Loved the food choices and the food. Great staff throughout the ship. Ate too much

It was a nice start to our Christmas holiday. Starting with the tree lighting and the Christmas carols.

I thought the cruise was above average for the money. The food was a higher quality than we remember from previous cruises, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the teen club seemed to be well-run. The ship was crowded, of course, but ships are crowded by design.

We were very pleased with this vacation. I would say this is what a vacation should be about. Everything was planned and easy to follow. The kids activities were always available, rooms were cleaned the ship looked great. There was always something to do. We will have to do this again next year. We recommended this to our family who has never been on a cruise and they are considering it from our experience onboard this ship. A discount should be considered for us hahaha!!!

Wonderful and relaxing holiday trip on the Mariner.

Would not travel Royal Carribbean again....expensive, service nominal, everything onboard entailed an additional cost. Main show POOR, Ice Show very good.
