Review summary

The cruise experiences was overall great but they just need to really focus on keeping the rooms clean verifying that everything is clean including the curtains in the rooms as I mentioned above ours was covered in blood which is how we started our cruise on day one and that was not a very good welcoming also verifying allergies would be helpful I did not like that there was no empathy or follow up for management regarding my allergic reaction from the Chef Dinner.

The curtains to the balcony were covered in blood during day 1 of check in. We had the room steward remove them but that was gross.

As mentioned above there was blood on the curtains. I did not feel the room was cleaned properly. The size was good very spacious but old needs updating.

Ship tip

Follow up!! No one contacted me after we reported the allergic reaction to Guest Services and spoke to the Dining Room 5 Manager. I don't feel there was any empathy and I spent all morning in medical unit. Staff should verify allergies before serving food.
