Review summary

Mariner is a smaller ship that is easy to navigate i.e. after the first day you wont get lost on it. The dining staff is awesome and service on this ship seems to be better than the bigger ships. The diamond lounge is very comfortable and I would rate it above the Wonder but its small. The Mariner is a great bargain for mature travelers.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Brian and Saw did an excellent job in the dining room, and staff went above and beyond for our wheelchair bound friend.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Mariner is an older smaller ship so the adult area for the pool does not include a restaurant area, expect to go early if you want to sit there.

Cabin / Stateroom

Our bed was extremely hard and they did their best to fix that, but finally told us it was due to be replaced, room staff was great. Ship is showing its age, but room was ample and clean.

Ship tip

Go early to the pool if you want to be anywhere near it.
