Our experience on the Mariner of the Seas was excellent. We loved Mariner so much the first time we couldn't wait to do it again.

Food and Dining
5 out of 5
We enjoyed all our meals . The food was great with excellent choices. We had breakfast and dinner most days in the main any time diningroom. Newton and Francesco were our servers on table 316. They were great and so very friendly and accommodating. We had lunch at Jamie's on our first afternoon. Our meal and service were exquisite. This specialty restaurant is highly recommend.

The shows were so good especially the ice show. The roving piano player was so fun. We enjoyed the trivia games throughout the ship.

Like I said Newton and Francesco were great.
Ship Quality

The entire ship was so clean. Our room and bedding were so very clean. However, our bed was a little hard. The ship could use a little updating, but all and all it's a great ship

So very clean
Ship tip
Go to Jamie's for lunch on embankment day. Unless you enjoy the buffet, use the dining room for breakfast lunch and dinner. It was so relaxing being served without having to search for what you want to eat while someone in your party saves your table.
We had a great time in Cozumel. We booked a day pass at the Paradise Resort. It was a beautiful place all inclusive with plenty of food and drinks. It was clean with beautiful landscaping a nice pool clean ocean with lots of water sports and great service. Arie was our servicer and couldn't do enough to please us. Lastly, it was reasonably priced for an all-inclusive day.
While I'm sure there were some nice excursions, we did not book any. The port was nice with many shops pools and a few restaurants. However there were at least 3 ships in port which made it very crowded, not to mention that it was extremely hot.
Thank you for sharing your experience. I board Mariner in September so this was very useful information especially the day pass part. See you around on the high seas.
