Most of the service was excellent. Guest services not so great with ONE of the staff members Joan she was not helpful and very dismissive. So I’m giving a 3 star for this reason otherwise the rest of the staff was excellent. Also my daughters sent me strawberries for Mother’s Day and there was no note or card I had no idea who they were from.
