Overall amazing until the end. The key attendant at the end needs to be reprimanded and I wish I would have asked for her superior, but we were ready to go.

Disembarkation

The key attendant picked us up from the dining room, escorted us in the elevator and down to the exit. At the exit she pushed a few of my kids thru (we traveled in a group of 8), she pushed through 2 other key members and then myself and this lady dropped her key sign between my husband and oldest son and I and told him they had to wait in line - mind you we were all key holders and had all traveled with her from the dining room. After I confronted her she did let him through but it was absolutely uncalled for and now my husband thinks it’s because he’s black and I’m white. We paid a lot of money for 7 to have the Key and to be rudely stopped like that is unacceptable

I don't think that the key attendant was professional and it doesn't sound personal. She just handled the situation poorly by rushing as they're on a limited schedule. Gratefully no one was physically hurt. Glad you and your family had a great trip.
