Review summary

We went to the swimming pool and ask to use the chair lift to get my wife in the pool. It took over an hour for them to get a part for it and get it to work. The personnel were nice and apologized for the delay. Also I was told by our travel agent there were irons and ironing boards on request. When I asked for one I was told there were no irons on board. This was disturbing to my wife. We would have brought a travel iron had we known.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
I will spell their names wrong but in the deck5 dining room at 8:30 Vehish and Sergei were tremendous. Really enjoyed enter acting with them. Their service was impeccable. We were in 6600 the steward was really good. My wife loved the towel figures he left in our room each night. He always had ice for us and the room was always picked up when we were out. All the personnel we came in contact with were very nice and helpful.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
It was easy to get around. We liked it. Other than the slow elevators. We could not take the stairs because of my wife’s wheelchair.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We had a handy assessable room. The size was great. My wife had very little trouble getting around. The room was always neat and clean.

Your travel agent was wrong. It states it in the rules and regulations. No irons are allowed on board... not even a curling iron.

I’m pretty sure you could not bring a travel iron as they are not allowed on board. Glad to hear they were so accommodating to your wife, even on Coco Cay. Too bad your wife didn’t use the beach wheelchair because the island is beautiful!
