Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Main dining was poor but staff was great. Windjammer food was actually better than main dining. Chops both service and food were poor. Staff at the sports bar was terrible. The Japanese place was the best.

Chop's Grille

2 out of 5

Poor for breakfast. Save time and money - just stick with Windjammer.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Kids clubs were sparse but the staff was okay. Everyone else was fine.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Decent shows

Children's Programs

2 out of 5
Kids clubs were a real letdown. Staff was friendly enough but really lacking with amenities.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
I real mixed bag. Some of the activity folks were good along with our suite concierge. Some staff you could tell did not want to be there let alone work.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Everything was clean but we had some broken furniture and drain in our suite and a busted door handle on the door to from the deck to our hallway.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Great views, clean and lots of room. Just some broken furniture and plumbing.

Ship tip

Quick trip only. Spend the extra money and go on Symphony of the Seas.

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

3 out of 5
most of the island including the water park was not open. My son cut his foot on one of the steps to the food area. The suite area is not worth it. The food was better at the main dining area on the island. Plus the birds attacked everything which meant dining there was quite a challenge.

Nassau, Bahamas

3 out of 5
Crowded and lots of pushy vendors - to be expected but there are much better ports.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Very fast.
