I love cruising and have been on multiple. As far as ships go, this was my second to last favorite. Last favorite being Grandeur of the Seas. The staff wasn't friendly, food was mediocre, entertainment was poor. All in all, I was bored.

Food was mediocre, at best. Best place to eat was at Izumi's. Main dining room was terrible. I've been on many RC cruises and this by far was the worst as far as food.
Onboard Activities

Pools were overly crowded and freezing cold. Fitness center was nice and steam room was great.
Entertainment

Mike Pace was great and the trio band that played in the Promenade were awesome. I think that the entertainment is poorly planned. The trio band should be upstairs in the sky lounge where people can dance, not in a large ship hallway where people run into one another. The comedian was great, however his adult comedy showtime, again, poorly planned. 11:50 p.m. start time on the last night??? You have to be up and moving to get off of the ship at 6:30-7 a.m. Not well thought out at all. If you're worried about minors, have someone checking IDs at the door.
I think the piano player was dull. He didn't provide any "comic relief" that you see in other piano bars on ships. He played lullabye music that made me want to go to bed by 9 p.m.
I think the cruise director did a poor job at arranging entertainment on the first night. We (four of us) found ourselves walking around the boat for something to do. They saved the music and line dancing at the pool for the last day. What about the first day when everyone is arriving and ready to party?

Oh, the service. My room steward Xavier was nice and attentive and so was the service at Izumi's. We sat and waited 20 mins for the waitress in the main dining room on our first and last visit to the main dining room. The wait staff at the bar wasn't polite at all. They never smiled and it seemed like they were just bothered to have to do anything at all.
Ship Quality

Ship was clean. The ship needs a general store. All that was there was a small area in the liquor store (maybe a half of a wall).
We went to Atlantis, which is great but very pricey. Getting a cab at the port is a pure pain. The town isn't clean or friendly. I wouldn't travel here again unless it was to a resort.
