Cococay (Cruise Line's Private Island) Did not visit port

captain stated it was due to high winds, wasn't safe; but a crew member told us the ship didn't stop in Cococay for the entire month of December. We know there is construction going on in the island. I don't think the missed stop was due to high winds at all
