Review summary
Everyone was so pleasant and nice, and smiling. Customer service was quick and efficient. The only part that bothers me is when 2X in Windjammer and just outside of it, someone tried to sell us specialty dining at Jamie's Italian ($30 US per person for dinner) and Chops Grille. When I said: No, thank you, I was asked why not. Because of the cost. I know they were doing their job but it left such a bad impression on me and my daughter-in-law.Embarkation

Ship tip
Check you bill every day. I noticed a $13 drink had been added to my bill on day 2 (we had the deluxe drink package). I immediately went to customer service when they were not busy and it was rectified quickly.
