From the time we boarded until we got off it was horrible. From leaving the port 8 hrs late, brown water in our cabin I would never travel with Royal Caribbean again.

Review summary

From the beginning of our cruise until the end there were countless issues. We are a family of 31+ppl and all had issues with a foul smell on the floor/cabin, the water being brown etc... WE will not use Royal Caribbean again.

On our last night our family, a party of 31+ ppl we had dinner on deck 3. We had a waiter named Putu. He gave EXCEPTIONAL service and was attentive. He chatted with the kids and we shared some laughs with him.

Our room attendant was phenomenal as he cleaned our room very well and was very polite. However he ignored the fact we had brown water in our cabin for the entire duration of the cruise. We had ripped seats on the lounge chairs on the deck. I took pictures of the water and the ripped chairs.

Lol what a load of crap. Brown water in just your room lol Not like tainted water would make the NEWS or anything. FOH Carnival employee lol

Find it crazy. When did you guys go, what floor and why hasnt anyone else posted a bad experience. Just sounds a little crazy to me. One cabin only having brown water.

Royal Caribbean is a great cruisline. I don't understand why you were not helped with the smell and brown water. Please post a picture of the brown water.

Interesting, this ship just went through a massive upgrade. Find that a little hard to believe. We've sailed only on Royal Caribbean and never had any issues like that on any of the ships we've been on. I guess you told the staff about it
