Review summary

Having issues and leaving port late is understandable. Loosing 3 hours in the first port, also understandable due to circumstances. Not being offered as much as a drink for the problem, caused by the ship's equipment, is unforegivable Dozens of cruises and have never complained about one. was always able to make the best of situations due to the Cruise line made me feel valued. Not this time.

Crowded waiting area with no communication that there was a problem. Staff more concerned with passing out addittional registration forms instead of trying to move crowds to more spacious areas.

Dining staff in Deck 3 Dining room were great. Our waiter Anthony and assistant Dhana were the best we have ever had.

Ship Quality

Public restrooms had very dirty floors and mop boards. Noticeable even very early in the morning. Obvious that the porcelain was cleaned but nothing else.

Cabin / Stateroom

Poor design. You had to climb on the head of the bed to look out of the window. No headboard so it was very difficult to sit up in bed.
