Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Reservations were made in advance and confirmed for My Time Dining on the first day. Arrived at dinner the first night and subsequent nights and was told a table was not available since I was cruising solo. They did not have a table for one or with others available.

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

Tour booked through RCL was cancelled the day before arrival by RCL. Most other tours were full. Walked the harbor and shopping area. Area was very alive with vendors offering tours and merchandise. Shopping district was OK. Would not recommend purchases other than souviners, etc.

Mazatlan, Mexico

Booked shore excursion with Cruises Only discount but rep did not show up on pier for tour. Again just shopped. A couple of years ago, I did shore excursion "Salsa and Salsa" which was very fun.

Pros: The ship itself is very clean and well maintained

Cons: The food, food service and the Windjammer Buffet were disappointing
