Review summary

This was a great trip for cruise virgins. The ship is big enough to have many options but not so huge that we got lost trying to fiind it all. Royal Caribbean really knows how to cater to their customers.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Dining room was great. The other options...not as great. Room service and the buffet area on the 11th floor were not worth the effort, but I did have to give them an A for effort since they served a huge number of passengers.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Bingo and ice shows were good. Singing & dancing shows were not worth going to. Didn't see the "adult humor" comedian so can't comment on that.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Absolutely fabulous. Didn't know customer service like that still existed. Dining room staff were beyond amazing.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Very clean. Colors were a little bit dated and carpets looked like they were a bit washed out but overall it's a great ship. Everything is easy to find. Signage was good. Many handicapped passengers aboard who seemed to get around just fine.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Inside stateroom was pretty claustrophobic for two people. Spend the extra money for an outside or balcony room. You'll be glad you did.

Ports of call

Mazatlan, Mexico

Went on an excursion into the Sierra Madre's & saw the little town of Copola. It was great!

Don't Miss: Rent a jet ski and have fun in the bay!!

Pros: Lots of things to do!

Cons: Evening shows weren't very good
