Review summary
This was our first cruise, but we were very much impressed with the high level of customer service by cabin attendants, waiters and staff. Meals were first class. The Thanksgiving turkey dinner was one of the best we have had in a long time. This ship had a 24 hour snack bar with great coffee and fantastic cookies and desserts. The gym, you needed it to work off all the calories for first class with free weights, cardio equipment and exercise machines with enough equipment that no waiting was required. The room, balcony, was comfortable and surprisingly large with a great bed - slept like a log every night. Getting on and off at stops was relatively easy. The boarding and deboarding process was also trouble free. It took only 30 minutes from the time we were call to go through customs, get our luggage and drive out of the port. The Port of Canaveral is easy to get to and with excellent parking. All in all it was a great experience. We highly recommend Royal Carribean and Mariner of the Seas.Ports of call

Pros: Great ship, first class service, fantastic food around the clock, ample activities, nice room with one of the best beds we/ve slept on during our travels.
Cons: Pre-arranged excursions were 2x the cost of "do it yourself" at the dock.
