Review summary

We have cruised many times, many lines with our children 3-21 years old. This ship was overall very beautiful and good. The ship is huge but you never felt like you were crowded. The pools are a wonderful size to really accomadate a family who wants to hang out together. Many other lines have small family pools which makes that really hard. The only downside was the food and staff. The food was mass produced, always looked pretty but never really tasted good. The staff overall besides the wait staff was overall unfriendly and had no problem using guests bathrooms and smoking on the decks. They definitly didn't make you feel pampered or special like on other ships. Something I sure want for the money. I'd do it again for a special rate or a quick get away though, not for my big cruise or long awaited vacation.

It has really been cleaned up over the years and was very nice

The downtown area has all been renonvated and cleaned up over the years was really pleasant to walk around. The public beach was actually very good also.
Don't Miss: Hanging out in one of the many open air bars enjoying the great views

Cococay (Cruise Line's Private Island)

3 out of 5
The water was a huge disappointment. Very murky and not clear.
Don't Miss: The kids "power wheels"
