Review summary

This was our first "family" cruise. Mom, Dad and 6 kids - age ranging from 4-19 yrs old. The Mariner of the Seas has something for everyone. The youngest loved Aquanauts. She wanted to go to the kids club the minute she woke up in the morning, regardless of what we were doing. The older teens enjoyed the shows and the middle teens liked the dodgeball tournament and ping pong tournaments. My husband and I enjoyed the shows, the food was fabulous and we used the workout facilities which were great. The ship was spotless, and the service was absolutely superior. I can't wait to cruise again. As a mom, it was truly my first "real" vacation with the kids. I didn't do any laundry, cooking or washing dishes for a week!!!

We did a lot of shopping for souvenoirs and found lots of fun bargains. The kids enjoyed getting themselves and the friends gifts fairly inexpensively.
