Q: We are thinking of doing a back to back cruise in October. 5 night and 8 night with Bermuda on the second leg. Bermuda requires a negative covid test completed 2 days before sailing. Does anyone know if the cruise line can provide a covid test on board during our first leg? Has anyone done a similar cruise?

A: Yes, the cruise line will provide a test for you on a back to back. I just did two eight night cruises on the Mariner of the Seas and had no problem. Be sure to get your approval to enter Bermuda before you go there. The form is available on line... and will cost you $40 whether you get off the ship or not. In past years their was no charge to enter Bermuda, but as with everything else it now costs you. Good luck!See More

Q: We have a 8 Day Cruise in 30 days. What’s the cruising capacity like last few months for Mariner? Full, 80%? Also do you think people testing positive for Covid and having to cancel is noticeably on the ship or not really?

A: I did some research and it seems like they don’t check it 90% of the time. But for the 10% they do, I will get a notarized letter to take with me. There is a blank form to fill out on their website- if you can find it.

A: Get on the Royal Caribbean app, click “ Check In” at the bottom. Scroll down and follow to “View SetSail Pass”. Under your boarding pass you should see EDocs. Click to open - about 20 pages including your luggage tags.
