if it's a freestanding Starbucks, no. if in with Cafe promenade yes

It is not. You’re Starbucks card is accepted. Basically Starbucks is a stand alone like any other Starbucks even though it’s on the ship

When I was on the Adventure in 2019, we had the package right below the biggest one and Starbucks WAS included
