This was our first time on the Mardi Gras. This is a beautiful ship! We found it easy to get around and spacious. Our son loved the sports court and waterworks. The bolt was awesome! I've heard mixed reviews about the Mardi Gras, so I was a little worried at first. After being on it, however, I truly enjoyed it. Great ship, great crew, great experiences. Thank you, Carnival!

This was the biggest ship we have sailed on and was well worth it. We loved Guys Pig and Anchor, the Heros lounge, Emerils for breakfast. It's going to be hard to go back to smaller ships without these venues. Crowds were well managed. It may not be popular but Carnival really made an effort with the smoking areas. There was actually a drink station in the area and a bar!

The service was fantastic, there was plenty to do, the ports were beautifully kept up, as was the ship. Our room was small but comfortable, and our room attendant was wonderful. Our Palms dining room waiter Rodney was absolutely amazing, probably one of the most hospitable waiters I have ever encountered. He always anticipated our needs, and there were 12 of us in our party alone. Again our stateroom attendant checked in on us, greeted us by name even when passing in the hallways, Jeffrey was wonderful. The bartenders were fun to converse with, and wanted to ensure you were enjoying yourself. TJ the cruise director had great energy. All the stewards were polite, and very helpful. Could not have asked for a better trip.

Once you've sailed the celebration you've sailed the mardi gras, fairly identical. Nice bonus to already have an idea of what's where.

Enjoyed Mardi Gra!! Friendly and helpful staff, great food, easy layout of ship, very clean ship.

Fun, relaxing cruise. Would highly recommend. We will be back!

Great ship love the French Quarter area, The Mardi Gras parade and theme was also cool.

Overall this was a great cruise. The ship is full of so many options and places to explore. Try something new - the ropes course is so fun!

As usual I love to cruise and I loved this cruise too I was not crazy about Cozumel but I would sail western again.

Don’t have enough storage to share photos. The ship is overwhelming at first their a lot to take in.

We always have a good time and go with the flow. It was week of Labor Day, so most kids were back in school. Carnival is the FunShip for a reason.

Great cruise and can't wait for the next one. Entertainment was good on the ship. The only thing I wish had been different are the movies. They are on a super hero kick and that was all they showed every night. Maybe mix it up with a super hero movie one night, then a comedy, or drama, or musical other nights. And of course pirates of the caribbean are always a good choice. Lol

My cruise was my 3rd and the 1st for our sister.It was great to experience her first cruise with family.The mardi gras is a huge,beautiful ship.For a ship this size it is clean and well maintaned, I saw staff constantly cleaning, restocking,replenshing,providing help and support.

Really enjoyed this ship - The Carnival Mardi Gras. Lots to do! Did a cake decorating class that was a lot of fun! Entertainment everywhere! When you want to chill the Serenity Deck is wonderful with great bar service. The staff was wonderful and food great - lots of choices!

Our food and food service was the finest we have seen! Ani and Dodik truly embody what Carnival stands for - excitement, entertainment and variety. They made this trip incredible for us.

Loved being with my friends but I won’t cruise on this ship again.
