Review summary

I think that the ship was too crowded. You couldn't get to the pool area because there were too many folks standing around same. Had to wait a very long time for elevators, customer service and excursion desk. Crew didn't seem to be very friendly at all. This could be because it was over spring break, but the family that we went with, it was their very first time cruising and she said they wouldn't be cruising again.

Daughter had a difficult time finding things she liked. Some of the food that was supposed to be hot was luke warm at best.

They seem to do the same things on this cruise line, cruise after cruise...they need to shake it up a bit. Didn't like the "sexiest man" contest....all young college boys and seemed a bit over the top to me....if they had young girls doing this kind of thing, people would be outraged.

We did the Hop on Hop off Excursion at the end of the cruise...it was fun...but don't pack your sunscreen in your luggage! Keep it out to use that day

I have taken the trolley tour of Key West several times. It is very interesting and informative. It seems that it is always included in our group bookings. I enjoy stopping in Key West. I prefer it to Nassau or Freeport.
