Not a good cruise

Sail Date: April 06, 2015

Reviewed: 2 years ago

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Oceanview

The service while on the cruise was substandard. Room service took over two hours and personnel did act like they even wanted to be there. The toilets were down for 7 hours and no one even apologized for the inconvenience. The food selection was pitiful and the food provided was disgusting. The ports of call were nice and we got off the ship a good amount of the time. I would not suggest taking this cruise.

Ship Quality
Toilets stopped working
Food and Dining
Selection was terrible and food quality was horrible
Service and Staff
Were not friendly or curteous
Children's Programs Did not have children
Onboard Activities
Destinations and Excursions
Cabin / Stateroom
Cabin was nice, clean, and easy to get to. I did not like the fact that our window opened up to the deck where everyone could see inside our room.
Miami, Florida
Nassau, Bahamas
Very crowded and loud. I suggest going to Atlantis
Cococay (Cruiseline's Private Island)
Key West, Florida
