Review summary
events and food are wonderful. House keeping was a dream and all employees wonderful EXCEPT guest relations. We went to close our account at the end of the trip before leaving. They told us to keep getting back in line because our card was not going thre (2hrs of this). Finally after the 3rd time I walked across to the ATM and just paid in cash from the same card they claimed was declined. After I got to the airport went to pay for my taxi and food and card was declined again. After calling the bank I find out all the times they claimed my card was declined it actually went threw. so my card was charge a extra $335.00. So for our 15 hr flight home we had no taxi service home and no drinks or beverages! If you go take cash only don't give a card number!Ship experiences
