Cabin type: Oceanview

Review summary

The ship was small enough to be managable, but large enough that we didn't feel crowded. It was clean all the time and well kept. The pool area was nice and we always found a spot to sit.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The variety of food was nice to see, but we really didn't enjoy much. The worst was the food on Cococay. I could only eat a hamburger. The main dining room had some good tries at variety and skilled dishes, but most of the time fell short.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
We found great excursions for the two days of our cruise. Both were handled professionally and organized well. We didn't do much on the ship as far as organized activities, but the night dance party on Saturday was really fun.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The staff was friendly at all times and never let us down with drinks. The one exception was the wait staff on the top enclosed bar. We sat for 15 mins and were never served, so we left.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
The size was large enough to handle the number of people and the layout was good. We did get a little lost on the floors that couldn't let you go up to the next level from. It was always clean and well managed.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We had a king sized bed that was comfy and the room was a good size with a window that was not as obstructed as stated.

Ports of call

Nassau, Bahamas

We took the Seahorse snorkel tour. The boat was great. The gear wasn't as good and the sealife was less than CocoCay had, but the trip on the boat to see all the houses and other boats was really cool. We also took a small bus tour around the island. My boyfriend thought this was the best of the day. We saw most of the town, beaches, and got to visit Atlantis. All for just $15, but we gave him $20 because he was really nice.
Don't Miss: Atlantis

Cococay (Cruise Line's Private Island)

The beach was awesome and beautiful. We took the morning jetski tour and that was great. It was an actual tour, not just being left to ride on our own. The all day use of the snorkel gear was also great. Lots of fish and wrecks to see not terribly far from the shore. The food was terrible though. Just burgers and hot dogs were good, the sides were terrible.
Don't Miss: Snorkeling

Pros: The excursions

Cons: The food
