Lovely 13 night New Zealand Cruise, traveling along East Coast of NZ, and returning to Sydney.
Embarkation
4 out of 5
Took one hour to embark, despite ship arriving from previous cruise quite late.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Main dining room, and buffet had lovely food, no line ups at the bar to get served.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Didn’t really use the facilities such as pools etc. this time around. More relaxing holiday.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
Stage set designs the best I’ve seen on any ship. Only a few stage shows during two week cruise. Singers were not very good, dancers superb though. Other music entertainers were excellent, comedians a bit ordinary.
Children's Programs
No kids.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Staff friendliness and service was top notch!
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Awesome looking ship. Lovely sea walk feature. Beautiful decor and well maintained. Would be nice if it had a walk around deck.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Lovely cabin with obstructed view due to lifting mechanism for tender boat, but still awesome view. Very large cabin, though cramped en-suite.
Cable car $10 return, and free Te papa museum was lovely excursion, but not worth $218. Worth doing through another operator, or on own reconnaissance.
