Review summary

Disappointing, tired ship that needs a lot of money spending on it to get it back to the standard it was 3 years ago, dirty furnishings in all venues, broken seats in theatre.

Poor state of ship decor and mediocre food, very good if you like cold soup for dinner every dinner,

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Great service, food standard as slipped down from excellent to average, 7/10 a good job that the other guests on the table mad the meal, not the food, staff did there best

Very enthusiastic, not the best, below average shipboard entertainment.

Service and Staff

Cabin steward OK , But the majority of staff didn’t seem to like their jobs and did most of their work under silent protest. Very disappointing.

I was on this ship last year for 12 days, worst cruise I've ever been on! The cabin had fleas, the food was vile, the majority of the staff were rude and obnoxious. A window in the "disco" fell out at sea and rather than tell everyone to leave so they could fix it they pulled a curtain across. The shops onboard ripped you off, it was a multigenerational cruise and believe it or not the children didn't let us down it was the poorly behaved adults. Fighting, drug dealing, drug taking. We had one guy high as a kite trying to jump over the side and the staff didn't do a thing. Fantastic time was had can't wait to go with CMV again!!..... not :-)
