I don't know about other travel agency help, but we used American Airlines and we got no help at all! It was very disappointing because I think we missed out on some things. It might be better to go directly through Royal Caribbean so they can help you with what is going on.

If you are handicapped, go to the service desk and ask for assistance. My husband is blind, and they provided him with an attendant that brought a wheelchair and took us off the ship, through customs,and to our pick up destination. Very nice people

Most of the excursions in cozumel are on the mainland. The ship docks on cozumel and you ride a ferry for 45 minutes. Do not do this if you have a weak stomach. I was wearing motion sickness wristbands, and took Dramamine 1 hour before leaving. I was still so sick. I vomited the whole ferry ride.

If you enjoy trying new alcoholic beverages, especially if you plan to enjoy a lot of them.... the Deluxe package is worth it, especially if you can get it on sale!!

It's more expensive if you book excusions through the ship. If you know the language bargain your way to better prices at the ports.

For example: You should plan ahead where to go before arriving on every port. Some are easily accessible through local trains & that will save you money.

Absolutely plan your day at Cozumel. There are way too many things to do than shop. Caymans laid back and good day to spend at beach. Jamaica make sure you do a ship excursion; this will make your cruise. You don't want to go that town on your own!!
