Review summary

Great food and service. Great entertainment with exception of jazz show, horrible with very little participation by cruisers. Fantastic Latino and country bands. Ice show, fantastic. Comedians good, James Stephens superior, all non vulgar.

Cabin attendant, average at best. Really appeared lazy or always tired. Dining room waiters. Reynante and Wandong(Caroline) were exceptional service providers and always friendly and helpful.

Bathroom stunk like urine until my wife explained to cabin attendant how to clean toilet. There was a section oh hall on our floor including our cabin area that smelled like urine every time we walked by.

Plan to have a great time! Make new friends, be friendly.

Glad you liked the food, which I found average. If you want to try something different in Cozumel, take a cooking lesson, visit the market and eat what you prepare.
