Cruise was good, could have been better if the ship had been updated and room wasn't so hot

Our cruise was a wonderful, relaxing vacation! We love traveling to Bermuda and wouldn't travel with anyone but Royal Caribbean Cruises!

This was a great family vacation experience for us. It was much needed. I am happy that Stephanie chose this ship for us and the room ended up being perfect too with lots of storage space and a bunk bed for my kids. When I sail.on liberty again, I plan to request the exact same room.

Skip this boat if you like Royal Caribbean. If you’re impartial, go with another cruise line.

The cruise ship was nice, overall i had a good time. Just wished there was more food options at diner time. The drink pakage was expensive

This was my first cruise. I was a maze. Of the beauty of the ship. My experience was wonderful and I already booked my next cruise for my wedding anniversary December 20, 2023 and I am excited. This will be my husband first time on a cruise and he’s going to love it.

Overall a good cruise but as with everything we go to Bermuda, weather is a factor. High winds forced a change in our excursion to a lame alternative (snorkeling wrecks to Atlassian bottom boat trip with few fish and no wrecks). On the same day heat indices were at 104°f long lines for my time dining even with reservations. Plan your night activities appropriately. Nice clean ship with staff that is very friendly and helpful. Could use more staff.

Over all great. I think earlier kids curfew and better security. Magnets stolen off door and always sitting on stairs and running down halls after midnight. Elevators terrible. Staff great!!

Liberty of the seas is an amazing experience. The staff is top notch and made this trip so memorable. Bermuda is beautiful and I hope to go back again!

Overall was a great cruise experience, and would recommend it. Costs on board for drinks are very expensive so consider getting a package that supplements that (diamond). There's also usually a sale on the last day for onboard items so if you really want something on the ship wait to buy it on the last day.

Nice ship, good service, too crowded, and the food was good, but not stunning. The bartenders were very eager to fill your drink, which was very good.

This cruise line needs refurbishing especially of the rooms and guest services need more training on how to talk to customers. I have been on my cruises and this has been the worst with the service so far.

Overall a great experience and would definitely visist Bermuda again on a RCL ship.

Very Pleasant and relaxing time. Cruise ship was great, service staff went over and above to cater to us. Everyone was super friendly and seems genuinely happy to help. For an older ship in the fleet, it was very clean and well maintained. It has been updated and it shows. Very happy with the state room and the overall experience.

Do not book through travel, got through someone else or book yourself. They “booked us” connecting rooms. The rooms they booked did not connect. We paid extra for connecting rooms and I asked them to reimburse that portion and they say not their problem. Yvonne Boatwright was my agent, do not use her

Travelled with a group but booking agent did not assign us to connecting rooms nor same floor as requested. We were not informed about all the additional fees despite purchasing packages.

The cruise need to have a little more diversity, the good show were only an hour and thats it for adults also the Latinos had a club night ever night. The kids took over the adult pool also the bars no one wants to drink while there are kids around.
