Review summary

Travelled with a group but booking agent did not assign us to connecting rooms nor same floor as requested. We were not informed about all the additional fees despite purchasing packages.

Gratuities are tips.. You are automatically charged when you buy anything that you must be charged such as drink packages and classic soda packages, specialty restaurants and the spa treatments. Service charge for Restaurant department and cabin steward is a service charge that is automatically billed to your account for each night you are cruising

When you buy any drink package from Classic Soda to the highest drink package your gratuity is already included on your bill. . . If you buy a soda or even wine that is separate from your package, you will pay gratuities.

Great trip to Bermuda!

Cruise amazing, but would not book again through travel. They messed up booking us the connecting rooms we were suppose to have. Spent the first 3 hours of the trip trying to fix. travel will not accept ownership of their mistake
