This cruise line needs refurbishing especially of the rooms and guest services need more training on how to talk to customers. I have been on my cruises and this has been the worst with the service so far.

I have cruised many times and this has been the worst service I have experienced. My luggage was lost and instead of trying to help they told me it would take 24 to 48 hours to locate. My cruise was only 5 days so 1/2 of the cruise and when I asked what I am supposed to wear I was told that if they don't find the luggage within 12 hours I can continue to wear outfit I came on the ship on and then they will give me a bathrobe. The carelessness of the guest service was unbelievable. The room was also not cleaned the 2nd day. I really do not care about cleaning however it would have been nice to get a clean set of towels. I tried to call housekeeping and then guest services and it would just ring. I had to go to guest services to request clean towel. So getting this kind of service the first two days of cruising it was not a good thing.

The ship is really showing it's age. There are cracks in the bathroom. We had two rooms - one the water was coming out of the shower so had to have the towel on the floor at all times and the 2nd the toilet was overflowing starting with day 2 and then had a smell. The ship really needs to be refurbished.
Cabin / Stateroom

The size was good as you don't spend that much time in the room however the room is showing it's age. When you take shower the water was leaking out so you had to have towels on the floor. The mattress was rock hard. I wish they had more outlets as it was very limited amount with no USB plug in option.

Bermuda is beautiful however even though I did my research I didn't expect most of the things to be closed on Sunday and very early closures on Saturday. The ferry schedule for Saturday and Sunday are very limited so if you want to visit capital it is tough to do.
I heard that the ship is being run down and they probably need to do a Dry Dock and that takes a lot of work as well but if it needs to be done then the company should see to it
The one of the worst thing is to have rude employees taking care of cruise guests. I heard a lot of times that luggage does get lost and I'm sorry it happened. The next time you do a cruise Just for information put some clothing on your carry on. It's such a shame the way you would treated and to tell you to wear the same clothing that wasn't right maybe they could have given you clothing from the gift shop like a t-shirt or something like that or whatever. I am taking the Liberty in August and I will see how we will be treated. Also if you need anything in your cabin like towels and things to be cleaned get in touch with housekeeping and the head of housekeeping will speak to the cabin steward. People always say things after they come back but they don't do it when they're on the cruise. I had left notes for my cabin Steward when I took the getaway when I needed things such as more tissues and toilet roll.
