It was my first cruise and I have a mixed fillings regarding this trip. On one hand everything designed for the customer entertainment, on another hand everything designed to have customers to spend significantly large amount of money! Shows and music choices were amazing and I enjoyed every one of them! Staff polite and helpful making sure guests were pleased. Now about negative experience: I understand that alcohol is optional choice an if someone decided to pay $12.00 for every drink or $350.00 per person for the unlimited drinks it is ok, however internet should be provided at no charge for the customers. Another issue for me was food. Buffet had a great choice, however at the sit down dinners at the 3rd floor Rembrandt I sent my food away because it tasted like food at the hospital-no taste whatsoever! Other restaurants on the ship required to spent around $30 per person just for food, so for the party of 3 I paid $100 (with the service fee) for our dinner in the Chop House. Based on my experience I do not think I will go on the another cruise with any cruises lines!

Chops Steakhouse was excellent, Alex the manager was awesome the staff was excellent. highly recommended.

I would say it was a great experience for the first cruise.

This was my first time cruising and I had a great time. I was mostly impressed with how organized Royal Caribbean is about everything and how incredibly hospitable all of the crew were.

We had a Great, relaxing time! This was our first Family cruise. Son 12yr, daughter 10yr (special needs) Plenty of activities and the staff was great.

Booking a cruise through Cheap Cruises was easy, and we paid less than we would have had we gone through the cruise line's website. I'll use them when I plan my next cruise!

This ship met every expectation. We enjoyed our excursions to Cozumel & Grand Cayman, especially the Stingray & Dolphin tour. The staff on the ship all went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful. The main dining staff and food is amazing! We can't wait to start planning another one!

Great service on the ship and excellent food and drink choices. We went to the dining room every night except one and all choices were awesome. I had the deluxe drink package and all the choices were premium and if you want a wine that’s more, then you just pay the difference.

This was our first RCCL cruise. This was our best cruise ever! We were in a junior suite. Perfect size for a family. ( we are a family of 4...lots of space to move around) Service from our stateroom attendant and our wait staff was exceptional! We are already planning next year's cruise. As a side note...I am true fan of ! The customer service representatives were always pleasant and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We have recommended you guys to everyone and we will be using for our next cruises!

Overall good experience, just wish the staff would've done a better job at informing us of the onboard payment process. Also, the bar drinks were way overpriced and under-poured when it comes to the liquor. The staff overall and especially the dining staff were amazing, however the bar staff everywhere but the main dining room was incredibly rude. Especially the bars that are inside the ship on Decks 3, 4, and 5.

We were very disappointed with our overall experience with Royal Caribbean. The staff didn’t seem to want to be there, the cabins were not cleaned well and entertainment was severely lacking! We have cruised on carnival, Royal Caribbean and Norwegian—Carnival was the best of the 3. I wouldn’t spend the extra $$ to cruise with RC—not worth it!

It was nice other than the computers down ,have not received credit yet only took 25.00 off suppose to be 75.00

The cruise was amazing. There was so much to do in the ship we couldn't get to it all. The staff was great, everyone was so nice. The ports were easy to navigate. Excursions were easy to find, and if you got confused there was someone to help you figure it out. I miss eating all the food!

Really great cruise. Loved every minute of it! Make sure that you have some dinners in the main dining room Great selection of food and great service!

This was my sixth cruise, first time on Royal. I would rate it average. Not the best but not the worst. Food was average and service was hit or miss. Chops Grille was excellent and the service was impeccable.

Boat was amazing. The staff did a great job especially Harris our cabin attendant. The weather was awesome. The cruise director Jeffrey is a weird guy. Most of the activities offered aboard cost extra and should look to add more that are free. The chairs in the dining room is pretty worn down and uncomfortable.

This was our 2nd time on this cruise ship, the 1st one was almost the exact same itinerary except we stopped in Costa Maya this time instead of Belize. The staff was WONDERFUL & our kids ages 6 & 7 has a great time & met so many new friends!

It was so much fun. The ship is super nice and clean. The only thing they need more activities by the pool for adults.

My 13 year old son had a wonderful time. I learned a few things I would need to do to make the next cruise more fun for me. There weren't many solo travelers nor many activities for solo travelers, so even with so much to do on the ship, I felt very lonely. There were over 4,000 people, but it seemed they were all traveling in groups. Also, most things had an extra cost to it, it'd be nice if I had known that.
