Review summary

We were very disappointed with our overall experience with Royal Caribbean. The staff didn’t seem to want to be there, the cabins were not cleaned well and entertainment was severely lacking! We have cruised on carnival, Royal Caribbean and Norwegian—Carnival was the best of the 3. I wouldn’t spend the extra $$ to cruise with RC—not worth it!

We are soon taking our 7th cruise On Liberty...obviously we enjoy it! Generally I find that if you are warm and friendly to staff (or anyone else for that matter) they will be warm and friendly to you. Kindness is contagious ya know!

I’ve only cruised Carnival so far and have always enjoyed it, but thinking about “upgrading.” I priced LOS and Carnival’s Vista, and to my surprise, LOS was actually cheaper!

Cruises on Liberty and Oasis, great overall experience on both ships, noticed that every once in a while somebody who took just one cruise had a bad experience. Mmmm.

We only sail royal we have done Norwegian and carnival and Disney and by far service food and entertainment on each royal ship outshined any of the other ships staff is always there to help and rooms always clean and stewards helpful

We had similar experience with Los. But NOS was amazing. Don't judge RC off of one ship

I have cruised RC many times and have never had a bad experience. I have also cruised with Princess and Carnival. RC is my number one pick. 2nd would be Princess and then Carnival. They each have their good and bad qualities.

That's too bad. We are sailing on sunay on Oasis. Staying in a crown loft suite. I hope we have a good expierence. I did remember the staff mot being so upbeat on the last cruise. Maybe they are having some ongoing issues.

We went on LOS last Sept and had a blast, going back Sept 9th. I have also cruised on Carnival multiple times , have to say that RC is more upscale and entertainment was great .

Unforgettable cruise

Looking for a great cruise to the western Caribbean, this was a good one with great excursions, this was the one.

First cruise - we had an amazing time!
