Great crew, always polite and attentive... the ship is amazing and has a lot of activities and enterteinment.

Had a good time. Nice ship with excellent staff. Food was good and plentiful at many locations. Only real negative was the entertainment, some shows were good (comedians, game shows) others lacked quality singers.

It was a great first cruise can not wait for another one.

All in all it was a nice cruise even with a few issues. The cruise line staff were friendly and did their best to make sure you were happy.

We took the Liberty of the Seas to check out the Royal Caribbean. We were not disappointted. The ship and the service were excellent and the staff all bent over backward to make our trip special. We attended shows and did some walking on deck and played some putt putt. We do not dance or drink so did not attend clubs. The ships concierge Carlington Berry took care of our problem with our tv quickly and effectively. Carlington also assisted our departure to ensure a smooth departure.

We had a wonderful time and will do it again. Everything was perfect, food service entertainment. Only disappointment was we could not go to Roatan But not row Caribbean’s fault.

This ship is one we have cruised on four times. We will be back in November! It fits our needs perfectly!

Working with Dawn at cruise.com was amazing. We felt like we had a private concierge. She staying in touch with us before, and after the cruise helping us with everything and knowledgeably answering all of our questions. We will cruise with you again.

The Liberty of the Seas was my first cruise and I will look into other cruises with this cruise ship. I look forward to more adventures in the future.

RC is the best, as it seem to go very smooth. One thing I did notice is that the crew and staff were all friends and basically in a good mood.

I did this cruise with family and friends ...we were a group of sixteen ,it was the first time for some but overall it was great...there was always something to do or see....I enjoyed all my visits at the ports ,especially shopping....Am ready for my third cruise on The Liberty of the seas

Need some organized daytime activities for non-drinkers, especially on days at sea.

My primary reason for not recommending this cruise to anyone would be because of the food and drink situation. The food in the Windjammer was so bland and gross I didn’t even eat very much. The rolls every day were very hard so my children wouldn’t eat them, the biscuits were very hard, dense, and not risen, and the pizza crust was almost not chewable it was so hard. The dessert was beautiful, but when you ate it it had no flavor whatsoever, much like plastic. The cheese sauce I put on my fries one day tasted like water. I’m not even sure how that’s possible. There was only one ice cream cone station for an entire ship full of people, so there was always a line and it was always going out. Very few drink stations for the people who did not have a drink package, which I’m sure was on purpose as a push for you to be able to access to bar drinks. The main dining room food had better flavor and great service from all our attendants, but took a very long time to eat there with a long wait time between each entree. The Carnival cruise I took had free drink stations everywhere throughout the ship as well as ice cream cone stations. It also had free popcorn machines going when movies were playing by the pool. The water park area for the kids was nice, but there was only a tiny area for babies with swim diapers, so our complete family could never be together because I always had to stay out with the 1 year old. I was told when I registered that the children would be free, but at the end of the week I had $200 on my bill for their gratuities. I had to go to the desk to have it taken off, which should’ve never happened in the first place. Apparently Royal Carribean would’ve been happy to take my $200 if I would’ve been in a hurry or had not thoroughly read my bill. Again, those fees should’ve never been on there in the first place. The rooms were not very cool, although our room attendant did a good job of finding us a big box fan which helped. There was a mini fridge, but it only reached 55 degrees, so I was not able to keep my Children’s Milk in it. The room attendant did a good job of bringing us ice every day for the milk, but it would’ve been much more convenient to not have to transfer and dump everything twice a day.

I will not sail again with you until you reveal prices of all drinks on the ship. Very expensive

Except for the drink prices and the cost of room service, we had a very positive and enjoyable experience

Overall, I was very happy with this cruise. Great ship, ports and family fun. We had 3 generations of family on the ship and everyone had something to do.

Good cruise for the cost. Vessel and support crew were good. Food and entertainment could improve.
