The personal care on the liberty was exceptional for a ship this size. All staff exceeded our expectations. Sean and Anthony in the dining room made our family dining experience exceptional. Purchasing the food package and galley tour as well worth the extra money.

Galveston Airport Express could have had more buses during busy time when everyone is getting out. We waited from 10 : 30 am for our noon trip . Uber would have cost the same and more convenient.

Excellent service. Amazing shows. Ship never felt crowded. Best cruise ship and experience I have had thus far.

Liberty of the seas is a great ship with plenty to do, lots of good food and a cruise director named Mark who is fabulous. Definitely a must do.

Enjoyed the time on the ship, beautiful and amazing vessel. So many things to do and the ports of call were amazing.

Would do it again. The biggest hassle is the cruise terminal layout/traffic pattern. Probably not much can be done about it until they add/re-design terminals.

This was my Wife’s and I first cruise we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary but it won’t be our last! By far the best vacation we’ve ever had! Can’t wait to book our next cruise!

The ship tries to help in situations but basics have their hands tied when you book through a travel agent like I did with . My group of 7 state rooms will no longer book through again.

This was my second time sailing on the Liberty of the Seas. The first time was absolutely lovely and the ship was in top condition. This time, the staff seemed very tired and not as enthusiastic, although our stateroom attendant was great. The cruise line has more nickel-and-dime to it, like room service is not free, and they really push extras like the internet package and specialty dining. There was not as much variety to the food, often serving the same food over and over. It was pretty bland. The shows and entertainment were fantastic. I was very disappointed in the fact that the ship seems to need general maintenance. For example, the large outdoor screen was pixelated and had large squares on the screen that were black or frozen pixels. One large area would not stop flashing. This made watching shows or movies impossibly distracting. Also, there were at least 3 lights I noticed in public areas that were flickering. Some of the interactive screens throughout the ship were not working and had error messages on them. This was pretty disappointing and made the ship look shabby.

Check TV for account summary. Tips are added to account for person attending cabin. I personally only needed trash emptied and clean towels. If you’re low maintenance and your attendee doesn’t go out of his way—why should you be changed for it?

Great cruise with family. Everyone enjoyed the ship and crew.

The Royal Caribbean ship Liberty of the Seas was nicer than the carnival ships I have sailed on but the food was worse. They can't even make a decent hamburger. It tasted like some sort of cereal based patty with hamburger flavoring. The food in the main dining room was third rate and I wish I had not eaten in there but rather the buffet instead. All in all, I would not Sail on Royal Caribbean again but at the same time I thought it was a decent value for what I spent and I had a pretty good time. It was just some of the food choices being very disappointing in the main dining room mainly. They ran out of lobsters on Lobster night and the lamb they served on the final night was literally unedible because the sauce was old or not prepared right. I think it was just really, really old.

I have been on THE LIBERTY several times!....it's a great ship with great service and food!!

I took this cruise a year ago and just took it again. Boarding was super fast and easy, our luggage arrived within a couple of hours. We love the main dining room for dinner and the windjammer for breakfast and lunch. Meals were high quality and delicious! Johnny Rockets is fun and the food is tasty. I bought a coffee punch card in advance and got lattes twice a day from cafe promanade. Very good deal if you don’t buy the beverage package. The casino is tight as you would expect on a ship, and very smoky. There is a non smoking section that’s a little better. The photographers are everywhere and a bit much for me, but some guest love all the photos. Our balcony state room was great (cabin 8594); although the mini fridge doesn’t get really cold. Make sure to go see the QUEST, it’s the best show / competition ever!!! Overall, the cruise ship was wonderful and we will definitely go again soon. Love ziplining in Honduras and everything in Cozumel is awesome. Not a big fan of Belize.

My husband and I are frequent cruisers and Liberty was such a beautiful ship with so many things to experience. I will be sailing on her again in November.

Everything was awesome, I wish there was some form of communication available inside the ship.. It was very hard to find people on board! The Teen area was a little scary at first (there's no check in/check out for the kids over 12 yrs) but everything was fine at the end. Buffet closes at 9pm.. after that there's only pizza available. Definitely recommend Royal Caribbean!

We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. The staff was very friendly and helpful wherever we were. We enjoyed the choices of dining. Disembarkation took a long time. There seemed to be some confusion. We had a transfer booked with Royal Caribbean. Transfer cruisers were told to meet at the theatre and wait until called. It was 11:00 am when we were led off the ship. Many were anxious to make their flight. We waited in the bus for more than one hour before we left for Houston. I am thinking the Port facility is not large enough to serve the 4500 leaving the ship, and the number of Self Assist passengers has grown so large it is time to handle this differently.

A smaller ship so not as much to do but made up for this with fantastic entertainment (with the exception of the ice show)Good amount of pool space so rarely felt crowded. Cool idea with putting a sitting bar in the solarium pool. Great service and food - better than most. Disappointed there wasn’t a thermal spa on this ship. Manicure/pedicure WAY over priced- $45 just to put the polish on without any massage etc. easy embankment but the disembarkment took 45 minutes longer than anticipated due to back up with customs. Body slides slow but tube ride was fun. Recommend signing up for ice skating early. Would recommend this cruise.

Great cruise with family of 8. Only glitch is slow US customs in Galveston on disembarkation day and cheaters leaving ship early with high numbered luggage.

Chops Steakhouse was excellent, Alex the manager was awesome the staff was excellent. highly recommended.
