other than someone being a little rude at the excursion desk & minor issues with our server in the dining hall all was good. The manager did apologize & sent us to a nice dinner elsewhere.

This was my first visit to the spa for a manicure with my mom and the 2 nail technicians were so friendly and a great time during the service! The staff held up to being exceptional and helping anytime I had a request or question. My sister is vegan so we spoke to one of the main members in the dining room to prepare her curse day by day. This was great to accommodate her, but there seemed to be quite a few mistakes in preparing the wrong meal that was scheduled.

It was a disappointment compared to the five cruises I had been on before. No maps or history for the ports of call, excursions were too expensive and shopping was a bit desperate.

This best customer service level I ever experienced. The stuff was very engaged, helpful and attentive. The cruise very well maintained and clean. Except the carpet in the hallways and cabins kind smell and old. Regard

Royal Caribbean is a great Cruise line whether or not you have kids. There is always plenty to do and fun to be had.

Overall the trip was fantastic, amazing staff and engaging activities. Here are some small caveats: 1. Activities on the ship are quite old-fashioned. Most of them, if not all, are targeting audiences born in the 60s-70s, which is understandable given that those are the people paying for the family trip. However, this can easily translate to boring nights for young couples and people not travelling with family. It's hard to fit everyone's tastes. For me, I just need to see a bit more effort in entertaining people born in the era of Justin Bieber. 2. Standard dining was just mediocre. We tried all 4 specialty restaurants on the ship and they were AMAZING. However the food we got in the main dining area was pretty mediocre. There were plenty of options, but the quality was not to the standard of a regular restaurant, everything seems to be cooked in mass, the short rib was a huge piece of meat with no flavor, mushroom soup and french onion soup are water-ish. I guess this gives you the reason to pay extra for specialty restaurant - just like a lot of other things on the ship, you have to pay for anything that's slightly better.

Cruise was nice but weather was not. Too cool to enjoy water activities. Many were canceled in Rostan, Honduras. Spa was nice and enjoyed massage! Best when in Port leaving fewer people on the ship. Cozumel nice with weather probably the best of all.

By renting a scooter I was able to get around the ship despite my handicap

Was a great cruise to Cozumel, Roatan, and Costa Maya. The port at Costa Maya had more shopping than expected but the beach was not as grand as say Belize. I would suggest that Royal Caribbean stick to going to Belize which has more options for Excursions. I also recommend seeing the northeast side of Cozumel. Water and beaches are pristine and away from the crowds. If in Roatan you must book the Little French Caye.

This cruise was definitely worth it! The food is really good on Royal Carribean, and the staff are all friendly. Highly recommend ziplining in Roatan.

I thought we were supposed to have $100 in onboard credit but when we got there it was only $50 very disappointing.

Liberty is starting to show it's age, but still a very clean ship. Service was good (one bad night in dining room), but food has gone down in quality. Our best meal was at the Chops Grille. Wish there were more food options that were included (like Carnival). RCCI has always been our favorite cruise line, but I'm not so sure any more.

THIS IS OUR 19TH DIFFERENT ROYAL SHIP TO CRUISE ON WE DID NOT LIKE THE GALVESTON PORT BUT THE SHIP AND OTHER PORTS WERE GREAT

The Liberty of the Seas was a beautiful ship. Amazing crew, fun and varying activities, really go all out for Halloween, amazing food. Wonderful vacation.

We would take Royal Caribbean and the Liberty of the Seas again and hope the disambiguation mess was an anomaly.

Would go again without hesitation. Thank you for making me royalty for one week.

Getting on and off were the hardest parts! The transfers were completely chaotic!

Great way to get away and see the world! Liberty of the Seas was big, majestic, a fantastic environment at sea and superbly organized! Eating, sleeping, and enjoying your time was made easy and the ships personnel were outstanding. Table servers Reynaldo and Eric were over the top excellent! They made our trip even more perfect!

Great experience. Great foods and excellent services. Disembarkation was disorganized and lack of staffs' assistance.
