We didn't have any problems with boarding or debarkment. It was organized. It actually started earlier than what they originally advised. We were off the ship and through customs by 8am. We had arranged for a limo service (using UBER next time) to pick us up at 10am so we contacted them to pick us up as soon as they could. The issue we had was the limousine service told us they couldn't pick us up at the port😏. We had to walk to Starbucks dragging all the luggage. Ughh not doing that part again.

I didn’t have any problem with Galveston. Easy boarding and debarkation 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’m not a huge fan of Galveston either. Please don’t go when they are having their Mardi Gras, you won’t find transportation!
