Review summary

It was a disappointment compared to the five cruises I had been on before. No maps or history for the ports of call, excursions were too expensive and shopping was a bit desperate.

Congestion at port did not invite passenger/bag drop off for those who drove to the location.

Food and Dining

The main dining was good. A delivery charge has been added to room service except for coffee/tea delivery in the morning. The buffet food was cold, the noise level high and the omelet station was chaos.

Onboard Activities

Some daytime activities poorly lead and with attitude. Too many children at the pools and running loose on the ship.

There were a few great shows and musicians.

Room steward and main dining room waiters were very good. All other areas had issues.

Ship Quality

Elevators were slow, one broken and not available. Getting down to the dining room on the aft elevators took too long. The casino smelled of cigarette smoke and one had to go up a deck to avoid it on the way to the theater. The promenade got so crowded during the parties and could not be navigated.

The cabin was great but the balcony chairs were not high enough to see over the rail and the glass was too dirty to see through.
