THE BEST VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFFESIONAL

This is one of the two biggest ships afloat, holding 4000 guests. Royal Caribbean had difficulties managing this volume of people (e.g., disembarkation took over 3 hours, instructions were inconsistent and announcements sporadic), so it would seem ship is too big afterall. This was also the ship's 2nd ever voyage, but 1st on eastern Caribbean itinerary, though we were told by several staff that the crew was highly experienced, having no less than 3 years service with another ship. We found service to be hit and miss; i.e., some staff were stellar whereas others were at best uninformed and at worst blatantly rude. Also, given that this was OUR vacation, it was extremely annoying to have shipboard announcements about shopping classes or bingo (which were both listed in printed schedule) starting at 9am, so we could neither sleep in nor take a nap later as these announcements occurred about every hour and into the evening.

We loved ot, I just wish Id booked a longer one because my kids really adored the kids club and were sad when it ended. We only ever ate at the buffet because of the kids but it was really good for a cruise buffet.

So nice to be back cruising - our last one before this one was February 2020. Was one of the last ships to get back to port before the world went crazy. A lot has changed since then but the overall experience is still wonderful!

This was my first cruise and it was a memorable and enjoyable one. I was celebrating my 57 birthday and I totally had a great time. The food and drinks were in abundant and very tasty. The employees at all department were very friendly, helpful and pleasant

Royal did a great job finding an alternative to our original itinerary. Hurricane Nicole ruined our original one. We ended up going to Puerto Plata. The weather was perfect the whole time.

My first time on a Royal Caribbean ship and I have been quite impressed. I am sailing again in a few months.

Excellent time. Only issue are the beds. I woke up stiff. Everything else was a fantastic time. Looking forward to my next adventure.

All in all we did enjoy the cruise and the Main show was Great! We were disappoint that as Dismond member that priority boarding has been taken away. However the perks of Diamond are still Nice!

The staff was amazing. The food was remarkable!! The entertainment was outstanding!

A good trip, will probably do one next year around this time if the bigger boat is here

Such a relaxing vacation. Lots of laughs, drinks and good times. Can't express how much fun and relaxing cruising is. There were over 800 kids on this cruise and did not notice them to much.

For me and my family was the first cruise and what a great experience, we are looking forward to make it a tradition to take a cruise at least once a year, Thanks Royal Caribbean for you excellent and top of the list service

Really enjoyed the shows. The food was good. This was my first cruise on Royal Caribbean and it was very good.

Fun cruise, great crew. Again we'll miss Liberty.

Great cruise with many options for fun, never a dull moment on board.

We had a great time on Liberty of the Seas. The scheduled ports were changed due to Hurricane Ian. We were to have stopped in Cozumel, Grand Cayman and finally in Falmouth. After waiting out the storm via a slow Gulf crossing, we were only able to make it to Costa Maya and back to Cozumel. The staff and crew made up for the disappointment in our missing ports by providing excellent service and quality.

Captain did well avoiding rough seas due to hurricane Ian. No real issues and up to standards.

We had a wonderful, relaxing cruise. We were not far at all from hurricane Ian but Captain James was able to keep us in the sun and safe. The seas didn’t even get that rough! The entire crew on board Liberty is friendly and helpful.

It was such an amazing vacation. I am grateful to have spent one more week with the beautiful ship Liberty of the Seas. Alas, she will be moving ports to Florida in November. I will cherish my memories with her and her crew. Thank you Royal Caribbean and the staff and crew of Liberty of the Seas. May God bless you in your journeys.
