Not happy with ship or experiences on the ship we cruise alot by far this is the worst experience

dining waiter great but food was sometimes luke warm at best, bar staff kept getting lost with our drinks we had to flag them down, one time they set our drinks on another table who handled them then retrieved them after realizing they didn't belong there and set on ours, we refused them, and made them get new ones. Another time they brought 2 peach slushies for our kids which they had been ordering every day with alcohol in them they were daiquiris not slushies.

had 1832,1834,1836,1838,1801 mediocre at best, beds all very uncomfortable, AC not working in 1832 for first 4 days wine stains on carpet in 1836 and dust balls from the filthy air filter. hair in bathroom on floor when we first entered room.
we bought The Key in hopes of easier speedier disembarkation but...nope...you still have to wait in the linesnot happy with ship or experiences on the ship
Everyone deserves a break. This ship prepares nearly 100k meals in 7 days. That alone is a commendable feat. If asked, I'm sure the wait staff would have brought you another meal that was warmer. Sorry you didn't have a memorable time.
We are doing this itinerary in September. We really want to go to Caye Caulker but I’m worried about the water taxis. I was looking at the schedule and it looks like we would have to be on the 1:30pm water taxi to get back to the ship in time. Is this what you did? Does the water taxi fill up quick?
Your review i believe is slightly on the pettiness side, especially when you wrote that using "the key" was a waste of time and then you write that having it was painless....I dont understand
Our first Royal Caribbean cruise was also on the Liberty. I agree that the food in the main dining room is not good. We went in on our first night for dinner and did not return.
