Overall great cruise. Food was the main issue. Consistently average in MDR. Chops was better. The buffet was below average
Embarkation

Very easy. But we had The Key. That helped
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Most food was pretty good in the MDR. But there were some odd ideas of some dishes. Most all lacked seasoning. Drinks seemed to be short on alcohol content.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
Very good fitness center. Pools crowded even with less than full ship. I did like the Serenity pool area and hot tubs. But it’s relatively small.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Excellent shows: In the Air, Ice Show, comedy Show and Saturday Night Fever.
Timmy Pete in Hoof and Claw was outstanding. Piano bar good as well as Bolero’s.
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
Most all service was great. A few exceptions. Yoogesh was fantastic as our waiter in MDR.
Ship Quality

Beautiful ship and always clean.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
We had a Junior Suite for the first time. Very roomy with a big baloney and walk-in closet. Love to have this type cabin again. Bed comfortable enough. Bath tub made showering easier than a regular shower
Ship tip
Always check out the handy deck maps by the elevators.
The excursion to an all inclusive beach area was good but small. Good food and drinks.
However we did have a serious issue. We were told multiple times the taxi ride back to the terminal area was pre paid. Even said it on our paperwork from Toucan tours. And told to us by the guy that handled us at the beach. When we got to the port area the cab guy wanted money for our fares. We told him to go back to the beach guy. He harassed and followed us through the entire shopping area and even tried to get Armed Marines to make us pay. The security at the end of the pier finally told us to get on the ship and talked to the guy. BUT we wanted to shop some in the Costa Maya port. A very bad experience.
