Overall it was ok. Luggage drop off was a hassle and then you have to walk all the way to the other end to start the getting on board process. Luggage drop off could be better organized.

Very friendly, fast service. Food was amazing! Staff very energetic and entertaining. Prices were below expectation!

Didnt do many activities. Main focus was to reat and enjoy family. We enjoyed pingpong and shuffleboard on deck.

Didnt go to sit in shows. We wanted fresh air and family time without alot of noise.

Overall cleanliness was very good. Mattresses are horrible, very hard.
I forgot we always Park- Port Parking & they shuttle us & our luggage right to the terminal, the porters take the checked luggage from there. We are right at the Terminal no long walking. About 30 steps.
I'm sorry you didn't fully enjoy your trip. Was this your first cruise?We're sailing Liberty for our 2nd B2B next month. This will be #5 on her. Our Room Stewart always come by & Intoduce themselves. You could have told Guest Services about the mattress.
