Overall this cruise left a lot to be desired. Do not plan on taking any more cruises on Royal Caribbean. The service and food were not up to par. Expect to be harassed about tips by all employees. Will not be taking anymore cruises on Royal Caribbean.

Specialty restaurants were outstanding. well worth the price. Buffet was more like geriatric dinner at nursing home. very bland and pretty much the same selection every day

These were Broadway and Vegas style shows. Excellent performances. Would like to see more of theses. Piano bar was terrible. Sounded like some kid singing in the shower.

Constantly waiting for service at bar just for a bottle of water. Staff was constantly complaining about how little their share of tips were and trying to guilt you for more money. Very annoying and made you feel uncomfortable. From the time you unloaded the car till the time you got dropped off to pick up vehicle it was constant nag, nag, nag.

Some of the hand rails on steps were not clean on the underside. Not all bathrooms were very well maintained. Dinning tables were always dirty and you would have to sit at dirty table until someone came by to clean.

Bed was so uncomfortable. Back started hurting by day three. Bed would separate down the middle, (not a true queen size bed). Grape on floor right by bed had already been dried out and still on stem. We were participating in "Save the waves" program by hanging up our towels for reuse but they were replaced every day regardless.

Be prepared for sob stories about not enough pay and hints for more tips
Every other store in this market place was a jewelry store. "Everyone" had a special deal just for you. Wanted to buy some Mexican candy but all they had was American candy. If they think you are "white" they talk bad about you behind your back.
long delays and even longer lines at customs. When shuttle driver dropped people of for vehicles he would ask, " do you have my tip?" People thought they had to tip. Very rude
Based off of other reviews this person is either a troll or just lives a miserable life that thinks people need to cater to them. Maybe next time you should charter your own ship.
Out of all the cruises reviewed by this person it looks like, sadly, this was their worst cruise ever. Too bad. Our experience on Liberty was awesome. Maybe you should drive next time? Take a bus? Choo choo train?
Yeah. Have to agree with people's comments here. Never had anyone on Royals staff EVER asked for a tip besides the wow envelopes. Shuttle drivers and porters another story. Royal staff are clean freaks. Hard to believe any area is untidy for very long.
